VAXAPARTNERS

Your healthcare business has grown. Too many growth decisions still land on your desk.

VAXA Partners is my independent growth leadership practice for healthcare CEOs and founders.I step in as a fractional Chief Growth Officer, connecting marketing, sales, and the economics and operations behind them so you can get out of the middle.

Sound familiar?

You’re investing real money in marketing, and no one can show you clearly how it becomes revenue.

Demand reaches your business through referrals, search, sales or partners, then disappears somewhere before conversion.

You bought a CRM, and it still doesn’t feel like a system anyone runs growth by.

Marketing, sales or intake, finance and operations each report a different version of growth. You’re the one deciding which to believe.

The VAXA role

VAXA owns
the connections.

Each function sees one part of growth. Marketing sees demand, sales or intake sees conversion, finance sees revenue and operations sees capacity. Decisions that cross those functions still find their way back to you.

I own the growth work that crosses departments. With your leadership team, I identify the next opportunity or constraint, establish who owns each piece of work and connect decisions to measurable business outcomes.

  4. Revenue
  5. Customer value

About Hardy

Build the team.
Don’t become the team.

Before founding VAXA, I spent more than a decade leading a health and wellness marketing agency, ultimately serving as Chief Growth Officer and Chief Client Officer.

My experience spans health insurance, group practices and clinics, hospitals and health systems, specialty care, health tech, medical devices, and wellness products and services.

  • Providers
  • Patients
  • Payers

Alongside my work in business, I spent twenty years leading athletic teams, earning two national coaching honors. Both settings reinforced the same lessons: create clarity, develop people and build a team that can perform with confidence.

You work directly with me. I strengthen the leaders already inside your business and bring in trusted specialists only where deeper expertise is needed.

My approach

Boardroom
to Machinery.

I work with you and your finance lead on growth economics, then go directly into the sales and marketing systems behind the numbers. That range connects the business question to the right next move.

  1. Start with the business.

Understand whether the opportunity is to capture demand, develop a market, improve conversion or build the capacity to grow.

  2. Follow the customer.

Trace the journey from first contact through conversion, revenue and ongoing customer value. Along the way, examine the brand strategy, active sales and marketing channels, CRM, analytics, technology and operating processes to find what is actually creating or constraining growth.

  3. Lead the next move.

Align the right people, set priorities, lead the work and use the evidence to guide the next decision so growth moves forward.
